This Select comes courtesy of Cairo’s Saharty, who was always passionate about music. He used to play with a few local bands before getting into electronic music production and DJing, earning his music technology degree at the American University in Cairo. Saharty’s last year was a game changer when it comes to finding his sound, as he traversed many subgenres of electronic music till he found what he loved the most: lo-fi house. His set is a laid-back examination of the genre that holds both grit and groove.
