Ian joins me to discuss the upcoming SuDDICU trial.  Selective Digestive Decontamination has been heavily evaluated over the past 3 decades and the weight of evidence is strong.  However, it has failed to become widely accepted, largely due to fears of resistance generation.

After years of effort, Ian and his team can now see light at the end of the funding tunnel.
