Are you ready to end the cycle of overwhelm and reclaim your power as a mom?

Do you find yourself putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own? Maybe you’ve got some people-pleasing tendencies happenin’ over there too?!  These can all be forms of self-abandonment and I’m talking all about it on today’s episode!

I’m sharing my own story of working through + processing my trauma and learning to set powerful boundaries. Something that has felt really scary to me for a very long time! When we grow up, our experiences shape our beliefs and stories we hold about ourselves and then we get to spend part of our adult life unlearning the parts that no longer serve us! So dang fun isn’t it? I mean, I really do enjoy understanding myself more and why I do what I do + I’m betting if you’re here, you feel the same. The work sucks, but it’s so worth it! Today I’m teaching practical tips that I’ve been learning about setting boundaries in your life + relationship, creating consistency, and finally making the changes you want to have in your life. 

No more abandoning yourself + putting YOU second. This is the era where you get to show up fully as you and live a life that feels really good!
