In this episode, I share a deeply personal story about my own experience with anxiety, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and the physical breakdown that ultimately became my wake-up call. For years, I pushed through exhaustion, ignored my intuition, over-functioned, and put everyone else’s needs ahead of my own. What I didn’t realize was that my body was carrying the weight of every emotion, boundary violation, and act of self-betrayal I refused to acknowledge. Eventually, my body stopped whispering and started screaming. This episode is about understanding how self-abandonment impacts not only your emotional and mental well-being, but your physical health as well—and how healing begins the moment you stop leaving yourself behind.
