On this episode I am adressing self acceptance wether it's accepting your physical body or your current lifestyle. We make the choice to accept ourself and work hard on doing so, this way we may become the person we've always wanted to be. The quickest way to practice self acceptance is by talking to yourself as if you were talking to your friend. Be gentle to yourself and even if you don't believe it at this very moment, you will at some point all you need to do is try.
