When I discovered the Enneagram, which is a self-discovery tool that helps you understand the motivations and fears behind your personality and behaviors, it broke open a new level of understanding for me that other personality tests and quizzes didn’t.
The Enneagram has nine primary personality types, but as you’ll hear in today’s conversation, there are additional pieces of the model that inform how a person might think, feel, or act.
Today’s conversation is meant to be an introduction, so I will close out this episode by reading the nine types so that you can start to get a sense of which number you might be.
