This week I was finally able to record an episode I wanted to do for a long time! I am speaking about self-awareness which, I think, is a very important subject for all of us. We often encounter people who seem not self-aware at all and spending time with them can be difficult, to say the least. But at the same time we also are failing to be aware of ourselves sometimes.
