Self awareness puts you in the position to understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Personally I struggle with marketing but in this episode I talk about why it’s important for me to get better at being a marketer rather than just handing over the job to someone else. Knowing yourself improves our ability to make better decisions that take advantage of our strengths and also say yes and no to opportunities that present themselves to us.
