In this episode we discuss self care and mastering the mind! How important is self care? What does self care look like? How can you incorporate self care in your life? We discuss the ways we include self care in our life on a daily basis and model it for our children but also by adding and keeping “marital care” in our life. We also discuss “Mastering the mind” and what we have found a way to practice good mental health and mindfulness to feel better and study focused on our day to day task.
