In this episode I go over a few new segments, one of them being “Howie's Song of the Day” speaking on Self Care by Mac Miller and a bit of what he's done for me.  I also touch on expressing yourself and tips on how to do so and ways to kick some of those habits we’ve been trying to.  We then spend some time talking about False Prophets, free will and the power we really do have to control the way our lives turn out.  For this episode's government rant, I go over a poll that was taken from people my age on the government and their actions and how things will change when we’re in control.
