Caregiving is no easy task. In fact, it can be absolutely depleting. And we can get so caught up in the frustration and the overwhelm of all of our to do's, that we can forget or even refuse, to do the most important thing as a caregiver. And that is taking care of ourselves.
That's why on this episode of TheFemmeCast, I'm going to share with you my own experiences and frustrations with being a caregiver, as well as all of the "normal" feelings we can experience as a result of. Plus, I'm also going to share with you my best advice and strategies that I've used, so that regardless of how frustrated and overwhelmed you might be feeling, you're still taking care of yourself and making what you need a priority as well.
