Let’s get real, here. When I think of self-care articles I’ve read in the past, most of them talk about taking time for a bubble bath or getting a massage. These work great for some, but I’m always left wanting after this type of self-care. On top of that, I’ve never heard many people talk about self-care for men, but they need it, too. We all need to take a moment out of our day or week to fill our needs. And we should be figuring out and participating in activities that are truly fulfilling and adding value to our lives.
Here’s my website where you can find the freebies and books I’ve published, including A Boyfriend for Graduation — KatieCoughran.com
