In our first episode we will be answering the question, “Can I still do this?!” We do not have to allow the fear of the times we are living in dictate how we feel about teaching and lead us to burn out. I will be offering the benefits of self-reflection and how to maximize our time to help regain, energy, stamina, and joy for our profession. Each episode will include various topics such as conquering anxiety, conflict, fatigue and all of the other real life “stuff” that can interfere with our work as teachers and our daily lives.
