It’s been a minute...okay, a long minute, but we’re back on the mic and ready to dive back into all things self-care. In this short relaunch episode, we (your favorite sisters!) share where we’ve been since May 2021, what’s changed in our lives, and why we felt now was the right time to revive the podcast.

We’ll talk about what self-care has looked like for us during this time away and what you can expect from future episodes. Spoiler alert: we’re focusing more than ever on realistic, nourishing routines and meaningful conversations that support your mind, body, and spirit.

Shabbat Shalom! Rest is crucial and we don't get enough of it. In this episode we're talking about how we are actually designed to rest and how to include more rest in our lives. 

We know morning routines are a must. What about exercise? Journaling? Meditation? Quiet Time? Self-care has to be scheduled sometimes. And we have to know ourselves to know what we need. In this episode, we're talking about what it looks like to schedule self-care and how that looks different for each of us. 

Welcome to Self Care is Not a Bubble Bath! Self-care is such a buzzword in our world today. But what does it really mean? More often than not, we're told to just take a relaxing bath,  have a glass of wine, take some "me" time, or TREAT YO SELF. All of that is well and good, but it doesn't always equal self-care. Taking care of ourselves is hard work; it's not always relaxing, but it is always necessary. We've been trying to figure out this balance in the world of self-care and we decided to make a podcast to document our journey.
