This week on Bread and Better we welcome our beautiful friend Ash Williams. Ash is a client of Tegan’s who, despite having two kids under three, manages to prioritise her own nutrition and fitness. Ash is super relatable, honest, and provides insight into some really achievable ways to incorporate fitness into a busy life with toddlers. This week we also have our favourite segment of the season where we quiz each other on a topic the other has absolutely no idea about. It’s a hoot and we hope you can play along at home with us!
Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to not only discuss the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.
