35 : 👩👧👧Now that all my girls are out of diapers and are fully functional mini adults, I find myself spending more time in the bathroom.
I don't need to rush out of the bathroom because a child is screaming for me at the top of her lungs.⠀

🧖♀️I'm back to my beauty routine and I absolutely love it.
It's so important for us women to take time out to take care of ourselves.
At the end of the day, we really don't want to become cracky bitches. It's not fun being one and it's definitely not fun being around one.⠀

🤳If you think you don't have time then schedule it in your phone.
Once it's scheduled then there're no more excuses.
If you don't enjoy spending time with you then why would others?⠀

🙏Self care isn't just and all about beautifying yourself. it's also about clearing your mind and reconnect with your soul.
Finding time to rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
Going with the flow means be one with the flow.⠀

🧘♀️So if you're out of alignment and out of sync, then of course life becomes topsy turvy.
It's paramount that you carve out time for you and you alone.⠀ ⠀
You deserve it.
