Hello everyone welcome back to another episode. Today's a bit of a darker episode. I'm currently in mourning over my grandfather who passed only a few days ago. I ramble on about what I do for self-care and various memories of my grandparents.  I do get emotional but I can't help it. They are normal emotions.
