This topic here is such an ugly creature.  It's a lot like our demons in that it takes many different shapes and forms.  Many times, what one person finds stressful, is not what another individual thinks.  Each of us battle separately but face the same enemy.  Today we look at what is stress, what are the symptoms of too much stress, and a couple little things we can do to reduce are stress levels.
