Self care is such a huge thing in our lives, and oftentimes we don't pay enough attention to it. There's constantly a soundtrack running in our heads that is trying to drag us into negativity. 

And it's a soundtrack that has gotten louder and louder in our COVID/pandemic world. And they dictate our actions and words more and more every day. 

But we don't need to let them control us.
