Self-care is perhaps more in vogue now than it has ever been, but it is still something that can cause some confusion, misgivings and in many cases even a sense of guilt - both for doing it and not doing it. So in this episode we tackle why we all need self-care, what it is, what it is sometimes confused for and how to do it in a way that is manageable and hopefully sustainable.
