I recently had the *honor* of being a guest on Tommy Davidson's Facebook morning show out in Murfreesboro, TN. To those who know him, he is "Good Time Tommy", #GTT, and because of his tenacity, valuable content and hustle, he is one of the most successful realtors in the area. I believe his willingness to be as real as he can in front of a camera will certainly earn him more customers, but more importantly....FANS.

Some of the takeaways from this episode:

-When you put out content, always watch/listen back to it as much as you can. Self-coach or have someone (like moi) coach you on how to constantly improve.

-Planting a flag in the soil of your beliefs, AKA the Howard Stern Effect.
