Edrina shares her understanding of self-love and how she employs it on a regular basis. Her ideologies were inspired by Madison Prewett Troutt’s books, “The Love Everybody Wants.” She defines self love as compassionate, kind and a necessity. Without self love it’s possible to become one’s own worst enemy but with it we can function at our full potential to love others too. Edrina’s views are also influenced by her Christian background but hopes it will be hopeful to all audiences.
