This guided meditation is designed to help you nurture self-compassion and self-love. You will be guided to find a comfortable position and begin by centering with your breath to release tension. The practice involves bringing awareness to your heart , inhaling compassion and exhaling self-doubt or criticism. You will be invited to silently repeat compassionate phrases, such as "May I be kind to myself" , and affirmations for self-love, like "I love and accept myself just as I am" and "I am enough". The session concludes by encouraging you to carry this sense of self-compassion and love with you throughout your day.
