Self-Criticism involves how an individual evaluates oneself. Obviously there’s a need for personal evaluation but that doesn’t mean you have to tear yourself down and drag yourself down. Listen what you have gone through has already put you down so no need to make it worse by criticizing yourself. I know that Criticism when it is done correctly it can be healthy and can be a measuring tool for examining yourself and help you make necessary changes but we all know that you haven’t maybe been using it for that. And maybe it is time you ask yourself if you are your own number one critique? If you are, it is time for change - and that is possible, from today you can be your Number One Cheerleader.
