This message was preached at New Testament Christian Fellowship in Conover, NC on October 4, 2015. The particular focus of this study is the supernatural power given to Christ’s two special witnesses in verse 5, power to defend themselves against their enemies. This is cross-referenced with Luke 22:35-38, Proverbs 24:10-12, and Matthew 5:38-39 as Mr. Boyd attempts to answer an important question: Was Jesus teaching pacifism in the Sermon on the Mount?
