Doc worked as a prison psychologist conducting risk assessments, sex offender evaluations, preparole evaluations, and providing therapy. He directed both a community-based mental health and training facility and mental health services at Wilberforce University. He evaluated multistate violence prevention programs through the Department of Health and Human Services. He currently maintains a full-time private practice, consulting practice, and is a consultant to the Dayton Job Corps. As a clinical psychologist, he works with individuals and families, addressing various mental healthrelated issues. As a sports psychologist, he works with amateur and professional athletes and organizations, helping to improve performance, prevent injuries and reduce recovery time, and enhance group dynamics and cohesion. His forensic practice includes working with the courts, law enforcement, and attorneys conducting risk assessments, NGRI assessments, custody evaluations, and treatment.
