Father of a daughter age 5. Born and raised in the so-called “bible-belt” in the southern part of Norway. Started training traditional Jiu Jitsu at the age of 13-14, spent 20 years in a religious cult, left it in 2019. Got my own podcast called Fighter Mindset with about 75 episodes and growing. Teaches anti bullying through my own movement called Warrior Heart, and is passionate about helping people!
