Unlike most of self help books which only show you where destinations and goals are, this books provides a solid path to follow in order to achieve self control.

I 've this book and own the audio version also. I use the book as a reinforcement to boost my self discipline whenever times get tough and I start slipping backwards. The book has helped me lose weight and do things the hard way when it's easier to do it the wrong way.
I definitely would recommend that everyone to have this book. I also have enjoyed every one of them

Very practical book. If someone asks me to tell them few words about this book I would say "If you want to make a significant improvement in your approach to daily discipline, to this book"... I strongly suggest you to listen to it....There are many amazing facts in this book; the one which is helping me on daily basis is "appreciate small achievements towards the bigger goals; do not look to the top of the mountain, while climbing, just focus on the rocks which you climb now and consider them as successful steps.
