In this episode, you'll take away our practical applications on how to be more self-disciplined in your life. 

Here are some practical applications we hit in this episode: 

  • The first step is to recognize the moment in which you know you should be doing more than you currently are. If you can at least identify the moment, that’s a start. 


  • Secondly, once you recognize you need to give more time to something, take a step forward and actually give more to the task at hand. Don’t just think about it. Do something about it. Even just a few extra moments could make a difference between you succeeding and failing. 


  • Try and change up your schedule. Try waking up an hour earlier to be more productive. I believe you will find that doing this will make your day more productive and you will begin to feel more accomplished on these days.

  1. Choose a goal
  2. Find your motivation
  3. Identify obstacles
  4. Replace old habits
  5. Monitor your progress
