It's something we've all thought about, maybe decided was better kept to ourselves, or perhaps have decided we're going to be all-in on being all-out, in every part of our lives. Today's guest, Kaleigh Cornelison, is a social worker, trainer, and facilitator who has worked in a number of different settings, from non-profits, to schools, and facilitating trainings for all kinds of groups and organizations.

In the interview, Kaleigh shares her thoughts and experiences around self-disclosure in the workplace, and the carousel of questions queer folx generally have running through their heads every time they have to decide if they're going to come out to whatever new  person they've encountered, which can be especially tricky when your clientele are curious middle schooler who want to know everything about you!
