Topics include processing traumatic memories, moral injury from the 2020 pandemic, Arthur Brooks on loving our enemies, my personal & vulnerable confession of contempt, the Wisconsin Empathy Project chapter at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, applying self empathy in light of informal OCD diagnosis.
