Self Esteem means a reflection of a person's overall subjective emotional evaluation of his or her own worth. Each and every one of us has it but some are very shy that's why we tend to say sorry to the things that we did not do. After reading this book, I have come to look at myself differently as a person. Not only is this an interesting read psychologically but the exercises employed by the author is clever devices for changing and accepting the way you think. I strongly recommend this to anyone looking for ways to change their negative thought patterns.
Short, but a good book
I was expecting it to be longer than 60 pages (some of which are half a page). However, it is still a fantastic book and the author gets her/his point across.
Not easy to read on Kindle
The Kindle version is very hard to read since there are no paragraphs - just long walls of text. Content is helpful but this formatting issue overshadows much of the usefulness.
