In this episode I talk about my journey with self-esteem. How life can be funny at times and how everything we perceive it has to do how are brains view it. What do I mean by this? Well ever wonder why some people can be happy with way less? Well it's because they don't view money or what they own as something that adds to their happiness.

In this episode I break down my journey and how my self esteem has been a rollercoaster of a ride. I have good moments and then bad ones, but I'm working to understand how to keep it up high.
