Every day I see reels and tiktok videos about self-love, self-worth, daily affirmations and living one’s best life.

And it’s great that the internet is flooded with messages of putting oneself first and working on validating from within, but it still seems like this far away concept that only ‘woke’ influencers seem to have the secret to achieving.
