So have you ever really sat down and reflected upon your life? And if you have, are there things there that you don’t like? Or maybe you want to change, improve upon, maybe get rid of? 

You know, it's good to look at yourself and do this regularly because, how do you know if you're going towards your goals are not? How do you gauge it? 

So just like with anything else that you do, 

self evaluation is very important and you should make it a practice… 

… to do that on a regular basis. 

And after you're done that, sit down with a pen and paper and write out what you've discovered.
