On today's episode I get personal with my struggles of discovery within myself. I talk about not liking myself, feeling stuck in society expectations, and learning to accept and embrace healthy boundaries so I can grow in a way that will explore my true potential of self. In sharing my journey and story I hope to let others know they are not alone in feeling purposeless at times or as though you are unsure of who you are and together we can show each other that every battle is worth the self growth.
