If there is one thing we can't do as human beings, it is forgiving ourselves. When it comes to being depressed, it is 3x as difficult. Even now as I write this, I am still beating myself up for something that wasn't even in my control. This is the pattern of the depressed mind and the relentless attachment we have as we fight our stigma and our control.
Also, how about that sport ball? Did you see that thing that happened when the team went and kicked that pass into the interception? I love football, but I am feeling guilty for being out so late and having too much...
