God is a self-giving God. This is the beauty and the scandal of our God. God who gives of himself. God who pours himself out for us.  And from the heart of God flows hospitality and generosity. We learn how to love and how to live by following in the way of our Lord. As Justin Whitmel Earley writes the , “generous openness of the Trinity,” is what we are called to emulate. May we be a people marked by hospitality and generosity.
