Happy listening! ❤️
When was the last time you had to walk away from a relationship? Reminisce about how far you’ve come and how much you’ve grown as you listen to KLARRENCE’s debut single #SinceForever.
In this episode, we talk about the process of moving forward—not just from romantic relationships that didn’t last but also from toxic friendships, dysfunctional dynamics with family members, and even from bad habits.
Plus, we tackle a couple more interesting topics like her songwriting process, her experience as an Asian woman living in Los Angeles, and the things she did to find herself in a much better place—where she can finally and wholeheartedly sing, “I’ve been better since forever went somewhere else.”
Enjoy the episode! ❤️

Listening to this episode might feel like a sit-down with your friends ala #deeptalk. Coeli and I covered a lot of topics: making music, being a better friend to yourself, creativity, toxic relationships, adulting, setting boundaries, and comparison.
Coeli is a singer-songwriter, mental health advocate, and one of my heroes! I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
It’s special for me because I felt like a fan-turned-friend during the interview with her!
This conversation was recorded back in June 24, 2020. Another #FromTheArchives, am I right? 😂

How do you balance all that you have to do? From enjoying a vibrant social life, advancing your career, and staying true to your goals. Well, today’s episode is a fun catch-up with my old friend Anne and it might give you some tips on how to do these.
Anne took up BS in Architecture and graduated graduated Summa Cum Laude last year. From 2019 to 2020, she had also been the Editor in Chief of The Solution—the official student publication of the School of Engineering and Architecture in Holy Angel University, and the VP on Programs and Development of UAPSA HAU from 2018 to 2019. I can't imagine how she even did it all! 👏🏼
