In this final episode of Season 2, I share insights from my current group work in a Wayshowers College program where I reflect on the deeper meaning of self-government. I talk about cycles—especially the formative first seven years of life—and how early influences from parents and environment can shape our habits, patterns, and inner critic. I open up about how I’ve recognized subtle ways I still look for outer authority and how important it is to lead myself instead. Self-government is about taking charge of my energy, setting my own policies and procedures, and discerning what truly belongs to me versus what I’ve picked up from others. Through patience, awareness, and practice, I’m learning to govern myself with clarity, fun, and fulfillment—living from the inside out so I can navigate life with greater ease, freedom, and joy.
