While many of our Youth and Hyphen were away on vacation and or at NAYC 2023, we took the opportunity to record this episode covering self-harm. As mentioned, we do not take this topic lightly even though we sound to be light heartedly having the conversation. This episode does not cover physically self-harming- we will dive into that aspect in Part Two.
