Here are a few questions I’ve personally used to self reflect, and heal my unresolved trauma.

The Bible says let every man examine himself ( 1corn 11:28-34).

What does that look like?

I do that with reflection. 

Reflecting can look like contemplation, it can look like powerful questioning, it can look like problem-solving and reframing, etc.
