This past year has changed me in every way. I lost both of my parents—and in the depths of that grief, something powerful unfolded.

In this update, I share my personal story of navigating loss, healing, and ultimately opening Lotus of the Valley, my wellness center devoted to helping others reconnect with their own healing journey.

EFT is a form of energy psychology and the only way I know that frees these energies and releases them permanently. I have seen decades long anxiety and depression gone in under 8 sessions.
