This is the third step in this seven-step self-hypnosis program.

Once you have learnt to stop (see Step 1), and sit (see Step 2), it is worthwhile paying attention to the sensory components of your experience. This audio will help with that.

It makes it easier to disentangle these building blocks of experience, so that you might better be able to change them and create new experiences.By learning to allow your attention to reach toward and return from your sensory experiences, you will be better equipped to communicate with yourself.
