Self-leadership and why is it important for your Personal Brand?
We reached our to Andrew Bryant, CSP Bryant who has been studying, teaching and coaching self-leadership for over two decades.
In 2012, he published his first two books on the topic of self-leadership with Ana Kazan Ph. D. and define self-leadership as "the practice of intentionally influencing your thinking, feeling and actions towards your objectives."
Andrew tell us "Self-leadership is a practice. Like taking a shower as a practice, try missing a shower a few few days, and you will stink.
Stop practicing self leadership for a few days and your attitude will stink. Self leadership and personal mastery are not new ideas. Mastering yourself is true power. This is why self leadership is so important in our current times with so much disruption from the pandemic and political divisiveness, leading to major global economic and environmental threats, we must choose our freedom and our attitude. The world needs you to choose to be the best version of yourself, to be the master of your fate, to be the captain of your Soul. Do you want that? Or would you prefer to be a passenger on the bus of life?"
