On this episode of the Empowered Parent Podcast I talk about Self-Leadership in Teens and Tweens.  This past week I had some really great conversations with a few kiddos regarding self-leadership that I wanted to share.

Many teens don't see themselves as a leader unless they are in a leadership role.  But the truth is that everyday when they walk out the door, they are stepping into self-leadership.  What might be different if today's teens saw themselves as a leader no matter ?
