In this episode I will be discussing how important it is to set boundaries to your personal space & energy so that you do not get drained or taken advantage of.
Boundaries are my favorite! The word ‘no’ has come to have many negative connotations surrounding it, however it is one of the best words out there! Especially when it comes to guarding your personal space and enforcing your boundaries!
What is a boundary? Well, very simply put, a boundary is a limit we place to distinguish what behaviours and what actions we deem personally acceptable to be allowed a place in our lives.
Lack of boundaries usually signal lack of self-worth and self-love. How so? Well, simply put, if you have a difficulty setting boundaries that means your self-worth is being impacted by thoughts of past traumas as well as unconscious core beliefs that are both negative & limiting to our being.
