Discipline, Boundaries, Environment, Accountability & elevation.
Discipline is staying tethered to your future self & goals.
In this episode I will be discussing how your discipline influences our self-love as well as attributes to wanting the best for ourselves, a form of self-love.
Discipline requires from you an unwavering dedication to your vision and your goals - for your conviction not to waiver in the face of any distractions.
Discipline is often seen as something negative, a lifestyle and mental state we must force ourselves to live in.
We do not feel we do it because we are actually expressing the most pure love for our selves & lives.
To be disciplined is to perform acts of love for and to ourselves daily to better strengthen our bond with ourselves.
We tend to see discipline as some sort of punishment and penalize those that want to live a disciplined life by saying they are unfun or boring.
“WE ALL HAVE THE 24 HOURS IN A DAY. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES WHEN IT COMES TO TIME. WE MAKE TIME FOR THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO US, OR ACCEPT THAT THEY WERE NEVER THAT IMPORTANT FOR US TO BEGIN WITH.”
