In this episode, I will be talking about how I learned to love myself again. I explain the five steps to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. I talk about why each step is important to loving yourself before you can love others. This is a chart I like to refer to when I feel in need or emotionally down. The five steps include; physiological needs, safety needs, love/belonging, self esteem, and self-actualization. These steps helps to take you down the right path to loving yourself and being yourself once again. It's important to enjoy your life and love the things that you do. We all want intimacy, but it's not worth it to be bad relationships. Taking the time to care for yourself and being single is the best way to find new hobbies. Only then you will be truly happy. I talk about how I went down the path of finding myself. I found out that I am an adrenaline junkie. I love to do daring things that gets my adrenaline high to feel happy. I talk about my first rooftop experience. I started doing things that excited me and this is what led me to loving myself.
