We don’t often give ourselves the love we wish to receive from others. There are shadows within that we push aside and repress because we have grown to hate those facets of ourselves. But what if we began to love those parts of ourselves? Love is an action after all right? What if instead of looking at those shadows that we all hold within us and disassociate with them, we begin the process of transmutation as well as integration?
